Already bought your floor?
Labor-only installation
Labor-only LVP and laminate start at $2.50/sqft; hardwood starts at $3.50/sqft. We inspect customer-supplied material and site conditions before quoting. Eligible residential installation workmanship is covered by the limited lifetime warranty.
*Pricing notes. Per-sqft pricing covers flat flooring and standard old-floor removal. Stairs are priced separately at around $175 per step for LVP (see our stairs pricing page for details). Any unusual substrate repair or site condition is scoped in the written estimate before work begins.
