Who We Are
Seattle Floor Works offers LVP, hardwood, laminate, carpet, tile, refinishing, bathroom, and commercial flooring work in the Seattle area.
Seattle Floor Works is a brother company of Potomac Floors. We bring the same service choices, prices, and written installation warranty to Seattle-area projects.
We begin with a free in-home estimate: measure the space, inspect the subfloor, bring samples, and put the scope and price in writing.
LVP starts at $6.50/sqft and hardwood at $8.50/sqft for flat floors. An all-in quote includes material, appropriate underlayment, installation, standard removal, furniture moving, and cleanup. Stairs and unusual site conditions are scoped separately in writing.
Property decision-makers can also review our commercial flooring scope and quote inputs. Commercial work is custom-quoted around the site, material, prep, access, and sequencing.
How We Handle Your Project
All-In Pricing
One written price covers material, appropriate underlayment, installation, standard removal, furniture moving, and cleanup. We scope unusual subfloor or site conditions before work.
Underlayment Matched to the Floor
We match underlayment to the flooring product and manufacturer instructions. An attached-pad floor may not need a second pad, and moisture problems need their own assessment.
Measured and Scoped Installation
We measure the space, inspect the subfloor, and agree on the installation scope before work starts.
Lifetime Installation Warranty
Our limited lifetime installation warranty covers eligible workmanship defects for the original homeowner at the original owner-occupied home. Read the written terms for conditions and exclusions.
Schedule Confirmed at Estimate
We confirm the installation schedule with you after measuring and scoping the project. Standard old-floor removal and cleanup are included in an all-in quote.
