Flat-floor all-in prices include material, appropriate underlayment, installation, standard old-floor removal, furniture moving, and cleanup. A 0% 24-month lender plan is available only if approved and offered on those terms.
What Affects Your Flooring Cost
Your final price depends on a few factors. We assess all of them during the free estimate so there are no surprises.
Material Type
Carpet is $3.25/sqft. Laminate and LVP are both $6.50/sqft all-in under the current working prices. Laminate suits dry rooms; LVP is generally the safer direction where surface water is expected. Hardwood is $8.50/sqft. Tile is custom-quoted.
Square Footage
At the $6.50/sqft LVP starting rate, 500 sqft is $3,250 and 1,500 sqft is $9,750 before separately scoped stairs or unusual prep. We measure the area for your written estimate.
Subfloor Condition
We inspect the subfloor during the estimate. Any unusual leveling, moisture correction, or repair is separately scoped and priced in writing before work starts.
Room Complexity
Simple rectangular rooms are straightforward. Lots of angles, closets, stairs, or transitions between rooms can add time and material. We account for all of this in the estimate. No surprise charges on install day.
Old Flooring Removal
Standard old-floor removal is included in an all-in quote. We identify any unusual removal or site condition in the written scope.
Don't Let Budget Hold You Back
A $6,500 project divided over 24 months would be about $271 per month only if you are approved for a lender plan at 0% for 24 months. The lender sets approval, rates, fees, payment terms, and timing; check the written terms.
