How this works
Simple split. You bring the flooring. We bring everything else.
You supply
The flooring
LVP, hardwood, or laminate planks ordered at the right quantity for your job. Buy at Home Depot, Floor & Decor, Costco, online, wherever. As long as it's quality flooring, we'll install it.
We supply
Labor, expertise, tools
Installation labor and tools are included in the written scope. Our limited lifetime installation warranty covers eligible workmanship defects on owner-occupied residential work; material coverage stays with the manufacturer.
Accessories. Bring them yourself OR add to the quote at about $1 to $2/sqft average, custom on the site visit. See the breakdown below for what you might need per material.
Labor-only pricing
Labor-only LVP and laminate start at $2.50/sqft; hardwood starts at $3.50/sqft for flat floors. We confirm accessories and site conditions in writing.

Tile. Tile labor-only is custom-quoted because tile accessories (hardie backer, mortar, grout, spacers) add about $4 to $5/sqft on top of labor. Contact us for a tile quote.
